To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Transport Planner for our terminal in Brussels.

Your role

As a Transport Planner, you are responsible for organizing and planning transport flows to and from our terminal in Brussels.

• Plan and coordinate transport operations
• Assign transport providers and ensure efficient planning follow-up
• Organize transport by road and inland waterways, with a strong focus on intermodal transport
• Monitor goods flows
• Accurately communicate transport orders to internal and external partners
• Work daily with operational systems

You will work closely with colleagues within the terminal and have daily contact with on-site operations.

Your profile

• Initial experience in logistics or transport planning
• Strong interest in the logistics sector and ambition to grow within it
• Structured working style with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communicator, able to interact with various stakeholders
• Very good command of Dutch and French; basic knowledge of English is a plus
• Willing to work daytime shifts, with 1–2 early shifts per month
• Comfortable working with IT systems
• Preferably based in the Brussels region
