To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Leader.

Your role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, efficiently planning, and delegating warehouse operations.

• You will act as a mentor and coach for a team of approximately 10 warehouse operators, helping them perform at their best.
• You will handle administrative follow-up, work within our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and assist with warehouse data analysis.
• You will ensure compliance with safety, health, housekeeping, and operational standards.
• You will support stock counts, quality inspections, and communication with various departments.
• You will actively identify opportunities for improvement and discuss your findings with your manager.
• When required, particularly during the low season, you will work alongside the warehouse team. This includes loading and unloading goods, storing products in the warehouse, and supporting order picking activities.

What we are looking for

• You have strong leadership skills and understand the importance of leading by example. Teamwork is one of your core values.
• You are administratively strong, well-organized, and comfortable working with common software applications, including MS Office and WMS systems.
• You are an enthusiastic and results-oriented professional with a flexible mindset.
• You communicate fluently and professionally in English; knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage.
• You have a forklift certificate and/or relevant forklift experience.
• During the peak season (March–August), you are willing to work in a two-shift system (early and late shifts), alternating weekly.
• During the low season (September–February), you work alternating early and day shifts on a weekly basis.
