Felien, our Marketing Manager, opened the show with an insight into the creative campaigns that convey our brand values. Her passion for communication and talent for telling our story made it clear why Van Moer Logistics is such a unique place to work.

Next, Joery, one of our dedicated drivers, took the floor. With a wealth of experience on the road, he shared what his working day looks like and how, with the support of planning, he is able to serve our customers every day with a smile on his face. His story highlighted the essential role of our drivers as the glue between all our services.

Ikram, one of our Customer Service Officers, brought a refreshing perspective on interacting with our customers. She talked about the importance of listening to the customer and providing tailor-made solutions in our services, something that is high on our priority list.

Kobe, our Sustainability Engineer, then spoke about our commitment to sustainability. He gave an insight into how we at Van Moer Logistics apply innovative solutions that not only improve our operations, but also ensure a lower impact on the environment.

Warm familal work environment

Finally, our CEO, Jo Van Moer, appeared before the microphone. Jo was challenged with some tough dilemmas, always responding with humour and wisdom. His contribution not only emphasised the family atmosphere within our company, but also gave a personal touch to what it means to be part of the Van Moer family.

MNM's visit was a wonderful opportunity to share the dynamics of our team with a wider audience and to show how passion, dedication and fun go hand in hand at our company. We are proud of all Van Moeianen and grateful for the opportunity to share this with all of Belgium (and beyond).
