Young people discover the world of logistics during YOUCA Action Day at Van Moer Logistics.
On Thursday, October 16, thousands of young people across Flanders took part in the YOUCA Action Day (Youth for Change and Action). On this special day, students exchange their classrooms for real workplaces. The wages they earn go entirely to youth-led projects around the world. 💪

At Van Moer Logistics, we had the pleasure of welcoming a few motivated young people who wanted to experience our world up close. They spent a day learning how diverse and dynamic the logistics sector really is — from warehouse operations to planning, and everything in between. They met our teams, discovered our way of working, and experienced the open, family atmosphere that defines Van Moer.
💬 “It was such a fun and interesting day! I learned a lot about how everything works together to get goods to customers on time,” says Faith (15).
💬 “Spending a day at Van Moer Logistics was both educational and friendly. Everyone was so welcoming and took the time to explain things,” shares Senta (17).
💬 “Everything ran smoothly 😉 Logistics is much more fascinating than I expected!” adds Cédric (19).
The students didn’t just learn about logistics — they also gained experience in teamwork, responsibility, and sustainability. And by taking part, they made a real difference: through YOUCA, their wages go directly to support youth projects across the globe. 🌍
At Van Moer Logistics, we believe in giving opportunities, growing together, and making an impact that lasts.
A heartfelt thank-you to Faith, Senta, and Cédric for their energy and enthusiasm. 💙
