”Every day is a surprise
I never really start my working day knowing exactly how it will unfold. Of course, there are regular tasks such as creating schedules and assigning files, but a large part of my job is simply solving problems. And those are different every day. That variety keeps the job challenging and makes sure I never get bored.
Working towards the same goal
My colleagues give me energy every day. We laugh a lot together and make sure work stays enjoyable, even during more difficult moments. As an Operations Coordinator, having a strong sense of responsibility and being able to handle some pressure are definitely important. But it is very rewarding when you work towards the same goal, listen to each other and earn the respect of your colleagues.
Keep learning and looking for challenges
Right now, I am very happy in my current role, but I still want to keep learning every day. As soon as I feel like I am getting bored, I start looking for a new challenge. The great thing is that Van Moer Logistics offers plenty of opportunities to do exactly that. My advice to anyone considering a leadership role here? Don’t overthink it. Just go for it!
